A new Central Florida courier

New company. Old-fashioned accountability.

BM Medical Courier Services Inc. was started to fix a specific frustration: healthcare organizations shouldn't have to chase a delivery, re-explain a protocol, or guess whether a shipment arrived. We handle healthcare materials and nothing else — and we document every leg of the journey.

Healthcare only

No general freight. Every mile is a medical shipment.

Our story

Built around the part of medical transport that gets ignored

Most delivery problems in healthcare aren't caused by a truck breaking down. They're caused by a pickup that quietly didn't happen, a package that sat in a warm vehicle, or a lab that couldn't confirm when a sample left the clinic. The transit itself was fine — the accountability wasn't there.

So we built the company around that gap. Every run we take is scheduled in writing, handled to your stated protocol, and closed out with a record you can pull up when someone asks. It's not a complicated idea. It's just consistently done.

We're a new company, and we treat that as an advantage. There's no legacy routing to work around, no minimum volume you have to clear, and no bureaucracy between you and the person who actually dispatches your run.

What we stand on

Four commitments we're not willing to trade away

These guide every route decision we make — including saying no to jobs we can't serve well.

Documentation isn't optional

A delivery that can't be proven didn't really happen. Every run we make is time-stamped and logged — that's the baseline, not a premium tier.

Honest about what we can do

If your window is tight, we'll tell you straight whether we can make it. An overpromise on a STAT run causes more damage than a polite no.

Earn it route by route

We'd rather run one pilot beautifully than win a big contract on a pitch. Performance should be what sells us, not a proposal document.

Same people, not a rotating pool

Consistent drivers on consistent routes. Your staff shouldn't have to re-explain your dock, your paperwork, or your protocol every week.

Working with a new vendor

Low-risk ways to test us before you commit

We know onboarding a new courier takes trust you haven't built with us yet. So we've made the first step small on purpose.

Run a pilot, not a contract

Start with a single route or one urgent job. No minimum volume and no long-term agreement required to begin.

Vendor onboarding friendly

We'll complete your vendor packet, provide insurance documentation, and work through whatever compliance steps your organization requires.

Subcontracting welcome

Established courier companies can sub overflow to us — we'll run it to the standard your client expects, under your brand if needed.

Fast to get moving

Most new routes are scoped, confirmed and running within a few business days of the first conversation.
