Frequently asked questions

What healthcare organizations usually want to know before they hand us a route. If your question isn't here, call (407) 879-4515 — a real person answers.

Working with us

What kinds of healthcare materials do you transport?

Specimens and lab samples, prescription medications and pharmacy orders, blood products, vaccines, durable medical equipment, imaging media, and inter-facility documents and records. If it needs to get from one healthcare location to another, we move it — and only that. We don't run general freight.

Do you work with new or small organizations?

Absolutely. Being a new company ourselves, we're deliberately flexible. Pilot routes, single urgent jobs and subcontracting arrangements are all welcome, and there's no minimum volume required to start a conversation.

How quickly can you take on a new route?

Usually within a few business days. We'll scope the route, confirm pickup and delivery windows with you in writing, assign a named driver, walk the locations with them, and run a pilot before committing to a standing schedule.

Do we have to sign a long-term contract?

No. We'd rather earn a standing route by performing on a pilot than lock you into an agreement. Most partnerships here start with a single route or one urgent job, with no minimum volume attached.

Which organizations do you work with?

Hospitals and health systems, independent labs and pathology groups, retail and compounding pharmacies, primary care and specialty clinics, assisted living and group homes, and diagnostic imaging centers. We also subcontract for established courier companies needing Central Florida coverage.

Handling & compliance

How do you handle temperature-sensitive shipments?

You tell us the required range and packaging, and we follow it exactly — cold chain, refrigerated or ambient. We don't substitute our own preferences for your protocol, and we document the conditions followed on each run.

What documentation do we get for each delivery?

Every run is logged with pickup and drop-off timestamps, the handling conditions followed, and the receiving party's signature where your protocol calls for it. That documentation is supplied as standard — you never have to chase us for it.

Are you HIPAA-aware?

Yes. Our drivers are trained on healthcare handling standards, shipments are sealed and confidentiality is maintained throughout transit. We'll complete whatever confidentiality documentation your vendor onboarding requires.

Are your drivers screened and insured?

Every driver is background-checked and vetted before handling healthcare materials, and our operation is fully insured. A certificate of insurance is available on request for your vendor packet.

What happens if something goes wrong on a run?

You hear from us before you have to ask. Any exception — a delay, a re-route, a delivery that couldn't be completed — is communicated proactively, with a clear explanation and the corrective step taken.

Urgent & after-hours

Do you handle urgent, after-hours requests?

Yes — STAT and overflow work is exactly what we built this company around. Call (407) 879-4515 and we'll tell you honestly whether we can make your window. We'd rather give you a straight no than an overpromise on a time-critical run.

How fast can you dispatch for something urgent?

For a direct STAT run within our Central Florida coverage area, a driver is typically dispatched within minutes of the call. Because we run point-to-point on urgent work — no consolidation, no depot detour — transit time is the only thing between pickup and delivery.

Do you deliver on weekends and holidays?

Urgent and on-call coverage is available outside standard business hours and through holiday periods. Standing-route schedules are built to match your operating calendar, so talk to us about what your facilities actually need.

Coverage & pricing

What areas do you cover?

Orlando and the surrounding metro as standard — including Winter Park, Maitland, Altamonte Springs, Sanford, Lake Mary, Kissimmee, St. Cloud, Clermont, Winter Garden, Ocoee and Apopka — with coverage reaching the wider Central Florida corridor across Orange, Seminole, Osceola, Lake and Polk counties.

Can you deliver outside Central Florida?

Our reliable service area is Central Florida. For destinations beyond it, talk to us and we'll be candid about whether we can meet your window. We take on new corridors for the right route and volume.

How is pricing structured?

Standing routes are quoted as a flat recurring rate so your budget stays predictable. Urgent and one-off runs are quoted per job. Every quote is in writing, and there are no fuel surcharges appearing after the fact.

Is there a minimum volume or spend?

No. There's no minimum volume to start, and no minimum spend requirement to hold an account with us. As you scale, your rates stay consistent rather than getting renegotiated upward.

How do we get a quote?

Call (407) 879-4515 or send your route details through the quote form. Include pickup and drop-off locations, typical package type, and any handling requirements. You'll have a written scope and price within one business day.

Still have a question?

Ask us directly — we'd rather answer a specific question than have you guess.
