Terms of Service

Effective date: October 12, 2026

Agreement to these terms

These terms govern your use of this website and, where applicable, the courier services provided by BM Medical Courier Services Inc. (“we,” “us,” or “our”). By using this website or engaging us for services, you agree to these terms.

Where a signed service agreement or statement of work exists between us and your organization, that document governs the services and takes precedence over these terms to the extent of any conflict.

Website use

This website is provided for informational purposes and to allow healthcare organizations to enquire about our services. You agree to use it lawfully and not to submit false, misleading, or unauthorized information through our forms.

Content on this website — including text, layout, and branding — is owned by or licensed to us and may not be reproduced for commercial purposes without our permission.

Quotes and service terms

Quotes we provide describe the route, pickup and delivery windows, turnaround expectations and pricing for the service described. Quotes are based on the information you supply and remain valid for the period stated in the quote.

Standing routes are typically billed at a flat recurring rate; urgent and one-off runs are billed per job. Unless stated otherwise in a written quote, pricing excludes tolls and any third-party charges incurred at your request.

Scheduling and access

Reliable service depends on accurate information from you: correct pickup and delivery locations, accurate package descriptions, and any handling requirements disclosed in advance. Where our performance depends on access to a facility, we ask that you ensure our driver can reach the pickup and delivery points within the agreed window.

If a delivery window cannot be met because of circumstances outside our control — traffic, weather, facility closure, or an incorrect address — we will notify you promptly and work with you on the next available option.

Handling requirements

We follow the handling instructions you provide, including temperature range, packaging and signature requirements. It is your responsibility to specify any handling conditions your shipment requires, and to ensure packages are sealed and labelled in accordance with applicable requirements before hand-off.

Limitation of liability

Our services are provided with reasonable care and skill. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our liability arising from any delivery is limited to the fees paid for the affected run, unless a separate written agreement between us states otherwise.

We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including lost business or lost opportunity, arising from a delayed or failed delivery.

Insurance and claims

We maintain insurance coverage for our operations. A certificate of insurance is available on request. Any claim relating to a delivery should be raised with us promptly so we can investigate while the relevant records are current.

Subcontracted work

Where we provide services on behalf of another courier company or organization, the terms agreed with that party govern the engagement, and these terms apply only to the extent they are incorporated by reference.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The current version will always be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the website after a change constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
